Deportee and Inad
A Deportee is a passenger who has entered a country and is declared undesirable by its authorities.
An Inadmissible Passenger (INAD) is a passenger who is refused admission to a country/state by its authorities.
There are two kinds of Deportees
- DEPA - deportee accompanied by an escort
- DEPU - deportee unaccompanied
For domestic carriage in Sweden, the term deportee also refers to a person in custody of the authorities, such as a:
- prisoner
- deserter
- person being returned to a detention centre
These persons must always be escorted.
Nordica reserves the right to refuse the carriage of deportees.
