DEFINITION
A person with reduced mobility is understood to mean any person whose mobility is reduced due to physical disability, locomotory or sensory, an intellectual impairment, age, illness or any other cause of disability and who needs special attention, accomodation or assistance over and above what is provided to other passengers.
Disability does not equate with illness, and a separate programme to sick customers exists.
Note: A passenger who is both blind and deaf is classified as a person with reduced mobility (PRM).
