Special fares

Agent fares

Nordica offers Travel Agents to travel on discounted tickets for the purpose of duty and private travel.  

 

Eligibility 

The person traveling must have been in the service of the Accredited Agent continuously and without interruption for not less than 6 months. This is valid both for private and duty travel.  

Reservation and conditions:

  • Agent fare tickets shall be requested via Nordica Call centre – info@nordica.ee  
  • Earliest reservation date for all types of agent tickets is one month before departure. 
  • Reservations are required for all sectors. Waitlist not permitted.  
  • Private travel is only valid in Economy class. 
  • Tickets are only valid on ND operated flights. 
  • Taxes and charges where applicable must be collected and shown in the ticket. 
  • YQ tax not to be collected. 
  • Rebooking permitted at any time in same class and service. 
  • Rerouting not permitted. 
  • Name change permitted. Same rules and fees as for public fares apply. 
  • Full refund permitted for premium class tickets . 
  • 75% refund for economy class tickets. 
  • Full refund in case of illness if medical certificate is presented. 

 

Note: Private travel for Swedish agents not allowed due to Government Tax Regulations 

General rules – all agent ticket types 

All travelers with discounted tickets must be aware of that commercial passengers have priority. 

Agent tickets are subject to offloading/downgrading. This means that in exceptional cases, if a flight is fully booked, a passenger with agent discount may be instructed to give up his seat. Airport staff will assist with e.g. rebooking to alternative flights, meals. If no flights available, hotel accommodation will be provided. Involuntary refund permitted. Denied boarding compensation will not be offered. 

Youth – domestic Sweden

Conditions

Booking class V, fare basis VYOUTH 

Reservations are required for all sectors. When reservations are made at least 2 days before departure, ticketing must be completed within 24 hours after reservations are made or 
Reservations for all sectors and ticketing must be completed at the same time. 
The date of birth and the code YTH must be included in the name element -                             NM1YOUNG/MARY MS (YTH/19JUL01)                                                                                                                                                                
Waitlist not permitted.  

Changes permitted for a fee. 
Refund not permitted.  
Infant under 2 years without a seat - no charge. 
Children 2-11 pay full youth fare. 

Pricing indicator /RZZ 

The check-in system Amadeus Altéa CM will prompt the ID control check for youth tickets.  

The ID control will be performed at manual check-in or at gate. 

Eligibility

Valid for youth 12-25 years of age. 
The outbound travel must commence before the passenger has reached his/hers 26th birthday. Even if the passenger turns 26 years during the trip, ticket may be used within its validity.    
Passenger must present a valid ID at the gate.   
Fare is not valid for unaccompanied minor (UM).  

Student – domestic Sweden

 

Conditions

Booking class V, fare basis VSTUD 

Reservations are required for all sectors. When reservations are made at least 2 days before departure, ticketing must be completed within 24 hours after reservations are made or 
Reservations for all sectors and ticketing must be completed at the same time. 
The date of birth and the code STU must be included in the name element -                             NM1STUDENT/MARY MS (STU/19JUL01)

Changes permitted for a fee. 
Refund not permitted.  
Infant under 2 years without a seat - no charge. 
Children 2-11 pay full student fare.

Valid for student 16-32 years of age. 
The outbound travel must commence before the passenger has reached his/hers 32th birthday. Even if the passenger turns 32 years during the trip, ticket may be used within its validity.    
Passenger must present a valid ID at the gate.   
Fare is not valid for unaccompanied minor (UM).  

SENIOR – domestic Sweden

 

Conditions 

Booking class V, fare basis VSENIOR 

Reservations are required for all sectors. When reservations are made at least 2 days before departure, ticketing must be completed within 24 hours after reservations are made or 
Reservations for all sectors and ticketing must be completed at the same time. 
The date of birth and the code YCD must be included in the name element -                             NM1SENIOR/MARY MS (YCD/19JUL45)                                                                                                                                                                
Waitlist not permitted.  

Changes permitted for a fee. 
Refund not permitted.  
Infant under 2 years without a seat - no charge. 
Children 2-11 pay full senior fare.

Valid for senior 65 and + years of age.
