In total, 152,716 have flown with Nordica on 4,020 flights within the first six months of the year.
In the coming months, Nordica will transfer fully to using its own fleet, which consists of CRJ aircraft. A little over a half of all flights in June were operated with the airline’s own aircraft but, from this week onwards, flights departing from Tallinn will be served by four Nordica flights. This means that only one plane of our partner BMI and its crew will be helping us until the end of the summer season.
According to the company’s CEO, Jaan Tamm, operating with its own aircraft and crews will allow the airline to offer better and more stable products and services. “Nordica is in a stage of rapid development and we are working hard to offer an excellent flying experience,” said Tamm. “In addition to the transfer to using our own fleet in Tallinn, we are also focusing on our in-flight service and concept. We will soon be introducing our new in-flight menu and, for the first time, we’ll open the Nordica on-board shop, which are both inspired by all things Estonian.”
Nordica and Adria Airways are offering flights to 15 different European destinations this summer season. The route network includes Amsterdam, Berlin, Brussels, Kiev, Munich, Nice, Odessa, Oslo, Paris, Rijeka, Split, Stockholm, Trondheim, Vienna and Vilnius.
