40 flight attendants with previous experience have responded to the job advertisement placed by Nordic Crew Management, and they are currently being divided into training groups. Training itself will start at the end of this month. It will take place in Ljubljana, Slovenia, over a period of 2-3 weeks. It will teach the participants how to do the job they already know according to the procedures of Adria Airways.

This will give Nordic Aviation the opportunity to start flights from Tallinn with Estonian crews and Estonian in-flight service from next January.

“Our goal is to man the aircraft of the new Estonian airline with the best Estonian specialists,” said Tõnis Lepp, head of the flight crew recruitment company Nordic Crew Management.

Training flight crews in Slovenia is necessary because Nordic Aviation uses the airline certificate, commercial platform and ticketing system of Adria Airways, which is why the rules of Adria Airways apply to all flights organised by Nordic Aviation.
